Return & Refund Policy – Tulika

At Tulika, every piece of jewellery is carefully crafted and packed with love. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we’re here to help if there’s any issue with your order.


Returns
• Returns are accepted only within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Any return request made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with tags intact


Return Request Process

To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Unboxing video (this is not mandatory but will help us understand the issue better and speed up the process)

📌 Providing an opening/unboxing video is highly recommended for smooth return approval.


Refunds
• Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, your refund will be processed.
• Refunds will be initiated after we receive the product back.
• The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 4–5 working days after refund approval.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:
• Products damaged due to misuse or wear
• Items returned after 3 days of delivery
• Items without original packaging
• Customized or made-to-order jewellery
• Earrings  and nose pins(for hygiene reasons)


Important Notes
• Slight variations in colour or design may occur due to photography and lighting and are not considered defects.
• Tulika reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after inspection.
